you can try to call traffic police HQ at ubi Ave 3, there is a souvenir counter at level 3, seen the bear was selling there before, not sure still have stock? it costs S$10 a pc (last year), if i rem correctly.

anyway. went to TP at ubi ave 3 today. they say that the souvenier shop there has been closed for over a year already and the then asked me to call 65476244/43 which is sales dept to enquire. will call tomorrow or something..
