  NAC manage to buy MG name and they already have their 'new Rover 75' called the MG7..SAIC wanna buy Rover including it's brand name..but they failed to do so..so they have to think up of a name that sounds like 'Rover'..hence 'Roewe'..lol..

  yep.. that's the point i was trying to make.. judging by the standards of cars churned out of the country.. i dun think that they could even match the current offerings.. hopefully they dun screw up this brand to do some weird-looking crap again..
