European Union Car Plate

I'm looking to change my dad's car plate to one that has the European Union logo by the side.
seen it on several Mercs and BMWs already. anyone has info about the price and where to change it?

You could ask the guys at license plate shops. There's a few at Bukit Merah, Alexandra Market.
Hmm, maybe one day there will be an ASEAN plate?

Sighz i too wanna change to EU plates but i found out its illegal. WTH is so criminal about changing to such plates? Hell, it's not even reflective and i do believe a person half blind can still see the characters on the plates quite clearly from a distance of 30-40m.

Euro plates huh? the 1 with the blue thingy in front of the letters? haha bmw,merc club have group buy mah..of cos u see alot la..subarus also have..
dun think its illegeal from some who told me..
$100-$150 for the plates..
dunno where to make(forgot liao) u can either order 1 oversea then ship it in,of find shops here to do it..sg have shops who do it..very nice on white,silver cars..not good for black cars..if ur dad driving black cars,ask him to get the front/back black..dun get euro plates.. -

for plastic or metal embossed cost only about $70 per pair
go for Normal fonts so won't really kena TP/ROV summons
if you really like the Euro fonts but dun mind the freq summons, go ahead -

I had seen 2 JDM accords(both blacks) with Euro Plates but, 1 is with SG wordings(still ok with the wordings), the other is abit OUT la, with our SG flag under the Euro stars, hey SG where got in EURO?? -

Hmmm waiting to see if any Jap cars were to replace their plate to Jap car plate
or Kor cars to Kor car plate, china cars to China Car plates
that would be very interesting..
as i had seen in KL, there is a car using the template of a China car plate custom to their state... VERY NICE!! -

it is most definitely illegal. there are only 2 types of plates allowed in sg:
1. front and back plates Black background with White wording.
or
2. Front plate White background with Black wording, back plate Yellow with black wording.

i ever saw a white RX-8 with white front plate and black back plate. this is also illegal but less likely to get caught cos it's not so obvious. those EU plates are pretty obvious with the blue. so if u want to do, be prepared to be stopped by TP. -

Look at Australia, they have much nicer plates. -

no la..its 80% to the legal side..becos its almost the same as normal car plates..just a extra blue colour thing on the left..thats all -
