I need number to report

anyone have the number to report for illegal parking in Handicap parking slots? there is this van parking at my block's one and only red handicap parking slot everynight. He is not a resident and also he do not have any season parking.
what an inconsiderate b@stard. this particular slot is always used by a family who have a legimate handicap label when they come visiting, so this b@stard simply make things alot more difficult for the poor family.
worse thing is he dun have season parking label also, and he happily park here for the last few nights

what rubbish. 1800 547 1818 is traffic police for illegal parking on LTA roads.
HDB is 1800 272 1409.
(This number is also below the handicap sign)
U might even get a scolding from the officer on 547 1818 if u anyhow call. usually they pick up the phone with "Traffic police emergency, (how may I help you?)" -

Hi, on hindsight, what I gave you was Traffic Police number. Which may not be what you want. phew,luckily no one picked up. (anyway,if no one pick it up, how is it supposed to be an emergency hotline? )

anyway, the bugger moved his van away to another slot this morning before i go work, so i wasnt sure he got a summon or not, but one thing for sure, he park his van far away in an empty slot since the carpark was full. so i think he really get it -
the moment u see the vehicle illegally parked or no coupon or any offence, call the HDB illegal parking number immediately cos their response time can be longer than 30mins.
anyway the TP hotline 1/2 the time no one picks up. but if u call 3 times confirm someone will pick up.. i think its cos they usually receive cases diverted from 999 cos nobody knows the TP hotline..
