Driving course at various driving schools. Set aside a minimum of 2k please. They will tell you when you are ready to take the test.
Depreciation means that the moment you bought a car, the car loses its value once you start driving it. That is why you dun see 2nd hand cars selling at the same cost as first hands.
Im not very sure abt car costs and values though.
