Downgrade to 15" = wheels lighter = lower unsprung mass = better accleration..
Maybe can do sth to ur air intake first, thats the most cost effective mod. -
but i thought forge rims can already ? intake i think will install air charger, but not sure will it helps.

No point installing a air charger cause it will retard the rpm when it reaches around 4k. And the damn thing is bloody expensive.

forged rims are light, but very expensive.. -
I doubt this fool is driving a Euro-R. He is driving the Accord from the PI. CL7 model. Ppl who drive Euro_r dun ask about air charger and where to get piggyback ECUs.
U might try to ask Garage R in this forum, he will surely know someone who drives a Euro-R. He normally goes to the honda meet ups on his bicycle, or BMW meetups for that matter.

no worries..anyway advise you can do yr basics first..I/H/E before you start on yr piggyback..change yr rims too if it fits yr budget..lots of various brands..forged rims like volks,rays,advan..etc..or cheaper budget like the taiwan forged which is magline..weights bout 6kg(17inch) per rim w/o tyres..gd luck to yr modding
