TP won't stop you during rainy days?

  Hi bros,
  
  Today was chatting with my frenz. and they actually asked me whether i find it right for them to say that TP don't catch anyone during rainy days .What do you think?

  i only see them stopping ppl when drizzling....

  i do see them stop car during heavy downpour along TPE

  I very rarely see them, raining or not.
  But then the area I traverse mostly is the eastern area like from Geylang, Ubi, Katong, Bedok, Tampines, Changi areas. Occasionally to areas like Jurong and Yishun.
  In one year I don't think I have more than 10 sightings. Five would be nearer the number.
  Do you see them? Often. Much less in the rain.

  me too. i should say i dun see them often. And of course,during heavy rains,i nv seen them catching anyone b4.Ever once i saw was a wrx under a bridge.

  TP only go for big fish like lorries along PIE CTE AYE and Tampines Road..
  
  weekend nights are spent near pubs...
  
  rainy days, they can be seen wearig the fluorescent green vest... but mostly hide under bridge

  i haven only encounter them once this year when its drizzling .. i doubt they will really be THAT hardworking camping at a hidden corner to snap cars speeding etc under a horrible heavy downpour
