  The definition of good means it meets ones needs.
  Your needs is surely so different from others. Find out if it meets your needs.
  
  To me, it doesnt meet my needs. So it's not a good car to me.

  sorry, i meant his criteria. he mentioned performance. so what does he expect? we cant tell him whether its "good" till he tells us his expectations.
