HID means headlights that are very chio 1..u turn it on,it is deem for a sec..then shine brighty..damn nice..
Let me try to expand on those answers...
Different sized rims do somewhat affect your ride... Larger rims are nicer, but do somewhat affect handling of the car... not to mention fuel consumption... Not too sure about this, remember reading about this quite a while back...
In a way, yes, bigger LOOKS better... but sometimes smaller rims are better for fuel consumption...
HIDs stand for High Intensity Discharge lights... these are those very bright lights you see on some cars these days. Some cars come stock with them, others come as additional options... HIDs are not just chio... they do give off a more intense light than normal conventional headlights, but the danger is the glare they give off to oncoming traffic that could blind drivers if the lights are not directed to the ground. In such situations, HIDs are a danger to other drivers as they may temporarily blind oncoming drivers, causing them to lose their night vision and they might lose control of the car.
This is especially so when you're driving in areas that are not lit by any overhead lamps, where it is totally dark. If you get blinded by HID lights, there is a risk that you might not be able to see where you are going on the road... and might lose control of the car...
