Problem with absorber?

  I'm suspecting my rear left wheel absorber spoil liao. When I rolling my car to a halt, at almost halt I pull hard on the handbrake(thus braking only the rear tires) and the rear left wheel sink. When I reverse my car to a halt and pull hard on the handbrake, the rear left wheel rises.
  
  Is it the absorber oil no more or what? But when I going thru humps or pot holes the abosrber doesn't feel bumpy leh.
