Am driving a FL Lancer and intending to change to a Cwest Bumper. But the problem is I driving a OPC. So need to get LTA to approve to take out the license plate.

guess i got to go to LTA directly to get the letter then go inspection centre then can remove. Do u roughly know how long for the approval?
