Question for all experts

One of my friends is going to get charged in court for dangerous driving and causing injury.According to him,the IO told him that is suspended 12 months or more his license will be revoked.(IO knows he is P plate driver).However,he is unsure as the rule states that once a first year driver accumulates >12 demerit points,his license will be automatically revoked.So he assumes that once the court case is over,his license is gone for sure.
Can anyone offer their toughts over this?Thx -
His license will be gone, and it ought to!! Dangerous driving and causing hurt!!

depends...see which ever comes first...either way...say bye bye to the card..

new driver, old driver or not...regardless...once ur caught for reckless driving and causing hurt..thats it.... prepare another round of BTT FTT and TP test again....
