  if i buying a off peak car...if i driving for a few yrs..i wan to change it to a normal car plate..how much does it cost??? anyone know??

  Since no one replied you, let me try...
  I actually only know you have to return the $17K rebate,... and then of course you need to pay the higher insurance and road tax,...

  check LTA website...
  
  if driving after few years.. the 17k will be much lesser..
  
  they got a formula to calculate the total amount to pay to convert to normal plate
