>> New Driver, just passed - still learning as they drive
>> Weekend Plate drivers with little road experience or courtesy
>> Female drivers who simply just want convenience without thought, or simply don't know how to reverse park and are afraid to try
>> People in a mad hurry
>> Rich bastards who can pay the Fine or Release Fee for wheel clamps
>> Old Folks who can't see very well
