  what should i prepare beside $$$?
  like COE road taxes and pre and post perchase of the car?
  what if u have a budget off <1000/mth

  Then you have to cut down on driving, coz petrol cost $$$, tires and engine parts also wear out faster, and that costs $$$, you also have to pay for parking almost wherever you go, again $$$.
