2 litre lancer

Heard frm qa frm end of this yr Mitsubishi is going to luanch a 2.0 mivec lancr with 6 speed gear box. And replace all 1.6 sohc lancers with 1.5 sohc. Any comfirmation?

AFAIK, new lancer is coming in 1.8 and 2.0 versions. 2.0 one i heard its CVT
the current 1.6 will carry on as the base unit. but it is viable that they might FL the current lancer once the new ones hit sg shores for a while.. -
Waiting for one that is 1.4 and TSI.

aiya need to improve mah, civic also grew from a 1.5 & 1.6 to current models of 1.6 to 2 litres. 1.6 is going to stay.
I would presume the 2.0 is to either take over the galant series or will be an additional series.
So far US and japan has already release that version.
6speed sport tronic cvt with pedal shifter. In the US is under the GTS version.
Wonder how much would it cost.....

The new Evo X which is coming up is based on the apearance of the new lancer with additional kit up.
The few parts that seperates them are the front bonnet with air vents, front and rear diffuser and that funny looking spoiler.
Still waiting what type of configuration C & C will release in singapore market. -

for sure i know...evo 10 looks damn ugly...no more eVO grill trademark... it lookslike volvo for goodness sake...no fierce look in it..more like those prototype cars...
