Anybody Selling 1.3M, Any Make & Model

  I have changed my choice.
  
  If you, your relatives or friends is selling any 3yr old 1.3M from the 1st 10 year COE, any brand, any model,

  Looks like got money also cannot buy second hand car.
  
  Initially I wanted to buy a Corolla 1.3 manual, left 7 years COE, the
  1st 10 yr COE but now I open to all brands also cannot find.
  
  I guess I take buses, MRTs & LRTs all my life then.
