Bumper Damaged by Tow Truck

Hi bros and sisters..
Need advise again.. Today, b4 noon, i received a call from my mum telling me that the car has some whining and vibration when she drives off from a standstill position and i arranged with mazda motor to get a tow truck to pick my car up (worried that it is unsafe to drive).
The tow truck arrived at about 5pm this evening and 3 incidents occured which really made me unhappy..
1. the car jack was stuck at my side skirts while jacking the car up..
- he had to ask his colleague for assistance (who came at 6.30)
2. my mum heard a crack sound from the front of the car (bumper cracked)
3. my exhaust pipes were ON the ground when the car was lifted up..
fortunately, my neighbour came home at that point of time and saw incident #3 and told my mum.
i wish to write a complain to mazda motor so that they can do something about #2 and #1.
or is there any advise that you guys can give?
my aunt, who is a lawyer said that the tow truck company is liable for the damage.

Mazda ain't gonna do much about... they might only refer the matter to the towing company, which i believe yes, they are liable for the towing damages.
From your description, it seems that your mazda has a bodykit or lowered suspension? stock cars usually have high enough clearance to accomodate the tow thingys... as for the exhaust, was the car lifted way high up? Perhaps in the future, if you have concerns about damage to the car while towing, you might wanna ask for a flatbed tow truck instead. -

i also remembered when i called them up, i also made a remark that my car needs special attention as it is lowered.. i specifically told the telephone operator about it. -
towing company damn cb de lor. i rmb my friend car had a minor accident. den e tow truck came. as he started towing. e rear bumper had a crack sound. den a piece of e material drop out. around a size of e palm. e b@stard tow driver told us to use super glue to glue it back. damn cb sia. we was too shocked n pek chek to argue with him cuz it was raining at e time

malaysia tow truck is good..they use lifters..

They will blame on ur kit n lowered susp...
prev i call towtruck, he see my car, he straight say mite not be able to clear.. he not going to take responsibility... if i give go ahead, its my responsibility.. if not, he wun take e job... -
Don't think you can complain anything if you modified your car, insurance company or car maker only honour the warranty if the car is in stock condition. malaysian tow guys heck car your car ah... they just shove the carrier under your front bumper to the wheel, secure then lift the car up. Bumper crack, break or whatever, they just dun care.Originally posted by Garage R:malaysia tow truck is good..they use lifters..
That will happen if you park illegally there.
saw it with my own eyes when i was in KL, this Civic with some monsterous looking front bumper twisted mad as the tow truck happily tow it out of town. -
Now a days, companies are hiring cheap labor so can expect this kind of skills from various services... -
issue resolved.. everything was a breeze.. they agreed to pay for damages.. sat morning going to get it done..

NXT TYM pls get a car-carrier to tow ur veh cos ur car need 'special treatment' it may cost u more but its worth the trouble..
