I said NO POINT buying it if you can't drive it here... Wat's the point you buy a car in UK but you're not there to drive it?
Importing a car from overseas back to Singapore is not easy... neither is it cheap... Lots of taxes and red tape to wade through... My teacher once told me it would cost a lot more to import your own vehicle into SG than buy the same model here...
If it was so much cheaper, then a lot of people would be doing that already... -

Why Singapore car so expensive compared to other countries like, for example, China?
Cuz Singaporean buy car is accessory, Chinese buy car is necessity..
SG's public transport network buey pai liao, still a lot of people wanna own cars, not as if owning a car will make life a lot more convenient..buy car liao still must find parking lots, get stuck in traffic jam and get piSsed off by other arseholes on the roads..i see no point.. -
