Can anyone help me?Constructive suggestion PLSSS!!!

  I learn class 3 at bbdc and now is stage 1.05. I always the problem of coordinating the clutch and acceleartor during moving off. I will sometimes stall engine when i release clutch too early or not enuff acceleration when moving off. Actually i will feels nervous somehow even though the instructor told me to relax..
  
  
  And as for braking above 2nd gear need to brake 1st then clutch in right?i sometimes can't make it either...sighzzz
  
  So i hope u guys help me out in this prob that i facing..btw that's my third practical session currently.

  keep practicising... you'll catch it 1 day.

  This one use words can't teach one..just keep practising..

  you are only at stage 1 if i not wrong...
  practice more.. when u are at stage 2 or 3 will be alright
