  excess is the damage u need to incur before u can claim insurance if i'm not wrong

  however.. lower excess higher premium.. so it depends loh.. dun buy ntuc insurance.. they dun take cases seriously.. they didnt pay the person i bang.. then ka ni na they send me lawyer letter.. na beh
