How to enrol at driving centres for driving license?

  I got a question..I'm planning to go enrol at Comfort Driving Centre for my Class 3 driving license..but when I go visit their websites, it seems like I can only pay for the enrolment fee by online transactions using credit cards..
  
  Has anyone who got their driving license from CDC have any idea? Can I go down there to enrol and pay via NETS? And what are the necessary documents to bring along with me?
