Today I saw two vehicle almost lang gah..

  while walking to mrt station, i heard some car sound, as in the car brake until very jialat that type of sound..
  
  i look up, the white van was at the zebra crossing that lane when he suppose to go straight..
  
  according to my friends, one of the black car suddenly cut into the lane of the white van, causing the van to brake and turn to the zebra crossing lane..
  
  i look up and saw the black car just drive away, like nothing happen, and if i'm not wrong, i saw the man in the black car holding on to a phone!!! while the uncle in the white truck like so stun, suffer from shock, before making sure no car is behind him, and reverse back to the lane he was heading.
  
  are there many reckless drivers in singapore? the man in the black car can just drive away like that, if really accident how?

  if accident, plus you witness the man in the black car with phone in hand... report to police and make that man PAY

  There is still a handful of them.
  
  If really accident,wid no injuries,he drive away, the kanna bang can repot"hit & run" Claim till he pok"provided he can get the number plate.
  
  If got injuries & he drive away, super jialat..ppl repot, the driver can get liscent kantong.
  
  You know lah, some singaporean have a mindset to be good citizen,some dun care at all.Some ppl jus lik to appear on papers taken the metal plate from TP saying "good citizen.. etc etc...

  i think he holding up the phone is just a shield. he didnt want ppl like you to realize his driving skill sucks. so the ez way is to pretend he wasn't focusing. lol

  if so, that would be the dumbest thing to do. phone in hand while driving = fine + demerit points i think.
