Need help!!How to change normal plate to opc red plate?

  Hi everyone,
  
  I need help on above topic as i am posted to work in town area and don't intend to drive to work. Can anyone give me the link to change from normal plate to opc red plate?
  
  And also,by doing so,will they refund me back money?

  i dun think u can do tat. i tot onli OPC can convert to normal.

  Fyi LTA will not refund anything to you when you convert to OPC. They will "refund" you in the form of higher PARF value. That is to say, more value in your COE when you scarp your car. Can check out onemotoring.com.sg.
