rims prices are very competitive now. u can get reasonably priced rims but its the tyres that you won't want them to con u into it. there ain't cheap & good tyres, and also the 'workmanship'.
just a side note:
do note that every rims do comes with a rubber bushing, make sure when changing rims, the 'installer' do not mistakening left the old bushing on your wheel hubs. please check. if a case of 'double bushing' the rims, the rims will be unstable (either toeing-in/out or -ve/+ve cambered) and it may just break loose one day.
therefore not just cheap rims, but good tyres and reliable tyre man.. just my 2-cents

a piece opf advise .. in the verge of getting a rim u like dun forget to invest in a good set of tyres ...
afterall ... everything u had done to ur car
its still that set of 4 tyres that r holding ur life dearly on the road ...

a few worth consider tyres
hankook v8 - one of thge up and coming best korean tyres
yokohama avs sports - a little bit of both world
michelin perada pilot - one of the best tyre around
eagle f1 ( german spec ) - also proven
bridgestone gr80 - quietness
potenza - unknown but has been proven on track as one of the fave use tyres on racing spec car ..
