rims prices are very competitive now. u can get reasonably priced rims but its the tyres that you won't want them to con u into it. there ain't cheap & good tyres, and also the 'workmanship'.
just a side note:do note that every rims do comes with a rubber bushing, make sure when changing rims, the 'installer' do not mistakening left the old bushing on your wheel hubs. please check. if a case of 'double bushing' the rims, the rims will be unstable (either toeing-in/out or -ve/+ve cambered) and it may just break loose one day.
therefore not just cheap rims, but good tyres and reliable tyre man.. just my 2-cents
