Octane Booster?

  My uncle told me that using Octane Booster will improve performance of the car. How true is that? Does that mean by pumping say 95 into the car, and i empty a can of Octane booster in, it will push it to say 98? How does Octane booster work anyway.

  ever tried pouring one of these into a tank filled with only 8 litres of petrol doesn't exactly transform my van into a Evo-beating machine... but i think i feel that tiny weeny power gain somewhere... maybe in my head

  I was looking at the SP series of products...Gas Treatment, Fuel System Cleaner etc...my other uncle who was with me simply bought a bottle of NOS Octane Booster. After emptying the contents to his fuel tank, goodness...the performance improvement is stunning. Acceleration was much more rapid,and the vehicle's response was instantly very responsive and light.
