Which more ex?

  Hello . I just would like to ask , is a semi-auto gearbox more ex than a fully automatic gearbox? Or vice versa?
  
  Oh ya , how come some examples of semi-auto , instead of using switches or peddles , they use the stick to control ? Like from 1 then to 2 then to 3 ? Saw this in the Light Strike Vehicle of the army.

  LSV ar..dun think its semi auto....its automatic with manual override thats all...BTW LSV uses peugeot engines

  Woah. Is it a V8? Or V6 ? The engine block i saw looks like a V-config engine.
  
  Edit : Eh wait , the LSV i see have no "D" mode. Like this also called auto with manual override?
