  Caught speeding while overtaking ? this is the don't know how many times I heard ppl saying this as an excuse..
  
  Expressway speed limit 90km/h .. If you were to overtake, he/she must be way below 90km/h isn't it ..
  
  Anyway, count yourself unlucky .. 8 pts is nothing as you can still drive ..

  Its hard to appeal against speeding or red traffic light cases.
  So next time slow down if u see a white figure on an overhead bridge. Usually the blue cisco van is parked on the left side.
