  friend buying ssdc test date as he need to take the test urgently as he is enlisting soon..perfer late oct to nov.. willing to pay $150 for the test date..price can nego..pm mi for more details.. thanks..

  See the chief tester. Tell them your reason. Normally they will answer NO but you say urgent case. Ask him can write in or not and again, they will answer NO. You just go back and the next day write a letter + your supporting document n see him again. They may review your case. Just give a try.

  Yes I definitely recommend this, get your friend to bring along all the proper documentation and letters he can and see the chief tester.
  
  I had my test date 2 weeks before I was scheduled to leave Singapore to go study overseas, and I failed the first practical test. So I saw the chief tester with my dad and made an appeal to get an earlier retest since I was leavin in under 2 weeks, and he was able to get me another test 3 days before I left the country! Lucky I passed that time

  how to request to see the chief tester ? customer service at ssdc ?

  If you just approach one of the staff, they should be able to let you know if he is in. Mind you I went through BBDC, not sure how other centres work

  still buying test date friend cant get approval from chief tester for earlier test date as he say enlistment still can take test... price can nego plz pm mi..

  If its just cos of convenience and faster licence, then seriously he can consider taking a class on "patience", patiently waiting for test date.
