bumper change for OPC

  anyone knows the procedure for changing bumper for an OPC? bumper damaged in accident and needs to be replaced

  i suppose u'll need to report to LTA regarding the removal of the red plate for bumper replacement

  fill up r8 break and reseal form ....
  
  if accident, take photos ,, attach together with the form, on the form the signature of the workshop .. sketch on it ... send to lta for approval to break ...
  
  once fix .... send to vicom ... show them lta letter .. reseal it ..
  
  for OPC who wants to change bumper (kits etc) not accident issue .. slightly diff process ... like going to lta twice ... to have seal inspection cert 1st ...
  
  u may call lta for further info ..
