  hi may I ask what is this new RFID parking coupon about?
  
  apparently in this photo, the identifiction number has been blurred.what does the number mean?For example if given a code, where can I refer to to find the car park?

  this is for safety purpose and also cut down manpower..
  
  with the system in place.. they don have to hire so many pple.. they just have to scan the blue label.. and check.. that's all..

  You have blot out the RFID Serial number.
  In the HDB Carpark Div records that S/N is linked to the particular vehicle.
  RFID S/N -> Vehicle N/Plate -> Applicants particulars.-> Carpark allocated.
  Only the parking warden with the handheld device will know the details.
  
  So if the red parking spaces in your carpark are all taken up, you cannot tell who the outsider, if any, is.

  Well, the RFID reader will have to go very far.
