The V6 turbocharged twin turbo is stock or already tuned? The turbo is built by Nissan solely or contracted to HKS ., Apexi or others to built?
Will it have more power than the old R34 ? -
What makes you think Nissan will contract external companies to build engines for them... when they have their own in-house Motorsport and racing development department (Nismo)?

I do not know about its racing development, but just confused whether thier turbo is built by Nissan itself or other companies?

It's a fair question; since not every single part of the car is built by the manufacturer themselves.
E.g Nissin brakes, IHI turbos, Garrett turbos, recaro seats, momo parts...
Engine development is quite unique to each manufacturer (except some of the one-off supercar types that use BMW or Merc engines), but I believe not every single component is manufactured by their own factories.
On paper, the new skyline is around 400 bhp or so right? Don't really remember... whereas the R34 GTR was supposedly 320bhp in stock form. So stock to stock, theoretically the new one is more powerful.
The RB26DETT has proven to be able to handle high horsepower even in stock form though, and I'm not sure if you want to compare mod potential, which engine would win. -
The new Nissan Skyline GT-R produced 473bhp from it's twin-turbo V6 engine..

Definitely not every part of the car is produced by themselves..it won't be economically viable..some parts will definitely be outsourced..examples of outsourced parts include windows, windscreens, springs and dampers (Note: Peugeot is famed for producing their own spring and dampers..) etc..
Added: There's no doubt some parts of the engine in the new Skyline GT-R is outsourced to other companies outside, but technically speaking, the engine is produced by Nissan because Nissan designed and build the engines themselves.. -
