I think 2K is the maximum sum you need to spend on learning. Private learning will be cheaper, probably $25/1hr lesson. Organized learning will cost you around $65/1.5hr lesson.Originally posted by Dead_Man_Inc:18 years old this year. Thinking of learning car. What are the total costs? Don't flame me cause i'm still quite new to this, might be working during holidays so i can roughly know how much to save first
thanks in advance
super old learner car got different with those newer cars?Originally posted by kikenfire88:it ranges from 1k - 2k, depends on ur capabilities of learning and if u take private or school, if u go for those super old learner car, maybe will be lesser than 1k, i not very sure
2k definitely not the maximum especially if you keep failing or school.Originally posted by soleachip:I think 2K is the maximum sum you need to spend on learning. Private learning will be cheaper, probably $25/1hr lesson. Organized learning will cost you around $65/1.5hr lesson.
Most learners require around 30 lessons. Booking the warm up session and test should cost you another $150 or so.
Just make it a point to set aside $300 a month for now, so you can get a decent one lesson per week. I don't see why you need 3K in the bank before you can give it a shot at getting a license.
Extra lessons conducted by helpful friends should of course, speed up your learning process.
Same here pretty much, did private and spent around 7-800 in total. Also passed on 2nd attemptOriginally posted by tofushop193:take private...i spend 700+ for 2 times...i guess there are ppl who spend lesser than me
