What is justice mean to you?

  I am fairly upset of the sentence of Regan Lee after an car collision due to test driving of a sport car.
  
  I would like to send my regards to the lady'family members.
  
  Pls send in your own opinion of the sentence and stay objective and try not to be too carry away.

  the judge have to be the bad person here.
  maybe he cant do anything much too,
  he have to be objective.

  actually we don't know what truely happened.
  
  if its really an accident due to miscontrol or such, it isn't too light.

  I think any accidents that lead to death is consider serious, and therefore i think there shld be a revise in the law to punish the offender and make sure people dont drive reckless on the road.

  i would like to ask any lawyers or judges in the forum, is there any possibility of reversing the sentence?
  
  will reversing the initial sentence damage the image of the jurisdiction of Singapore?

  revoke for 10yrs isnt too much, shd be for life.
  7mths sentences, not too long too cos exclude holidays etc. shd be 1yr.

  face is not an issue, its just that if got money can hire a better lawyer then can get away more easier. so is that justice to all of us??

  I think the more likely outcome would be for regan lee to go to the court of appeal to lighten his sentence.

  prosecution should appeal on the grounds that, by asking people what new car to buy he isn't really feeling the remorse and regret that he claimed to have felt when asking for a lighter sentence.

  there is one recent case that a teacher hire a lawyer and won the case for 180+, but turn out to own the lawyer for thousands... i mean wtf is that.. who dare to employ lawyer...
