hi so its u.. did u watch e news today?Originally posted by sinicker:erm, not really. i'm still fine here.
hi bodoh! not 140km/h in KPE lah!Originally posted by kerts:hi so its u.. did u watch e news today?
buddha bless u... ...
so are u saying u r not the bodoh who travelled at 140 kmh in KPE or are u saying the bodoh who travelled at 140 kmh did not speed on KPE but other expresswaysOriginally posted by sinicker:hi bodoh! not 140km/h in KPE lah!
Now it's because it's only 3kmOriginally posted by bizzkit0102:70km/h speed cameras are a Fcuking joke man. The KPE is like a ghost tunnel loh, drive there i'm the only car inside. Maybe you say tunnel go too fast wait accident very dangerous and chia lat. Then how about the ECP (changi airport) speed camera at the end of shears bridge there? 70km/h? TP/LTA or whoever, you are all Fcuking dumbfcuks man!!! Last time was 90km/h at least still reasonable.
People should understand Fast doesn't mean dangerous and Slow doesn't mean safe. Would you rather sit in a car with a relatively fast but stable driver or a slow but totally kuku driver? I know which one i'll choose...
Caught for travelling 40km/hr abv the legal limit, kena court caseOriginally posted by sinicker:erm, not really. i'm still fine here.
Tell you the truth I always travel 90-100km/h in CTE tunnel when I'm driving alone and if traffic is favourable to me.Originally posted by sbst275:Now it's because it's only 3km
Wait till entire stretch opens, traffic condition would likely to differ
Travelling at high speed means you gotta react fast and the impact is greater in an event of an accident
Furthermore, in a tunnel speed limit is usualy lower... So you telling me you not complaining why CTE 90km/hr but tunnel is 80km/hr?
Charge a toll... its ok... Singapore more high tech. Saw the ERP when I exited out to PIE.Originally posted by vulpes macrotis mutica:well the tunnels in sydney are around 70 to 80KM/H and they charge a toll fee here. The cameras they use here are also digital type like those surveillance cameras you find on MRT platforms so it is hard to beat the system because you it is hard to spot the cameras and there is no telltale sign of camera flash.
other than that, speed limits in the suburb are around 60KM/H and there are cameras that enforce that here as well. down here big brother is always watching...
very hard to speed here ar!
erm FYI that camera was NEVER reprogrammed.Originally posted by imprezaWRXSTi22B:the freaking sheares bridge camera towards Changi Airport is disgusting. 70km/h at the bottom of a steep slope on an expressway? can anybody tell me the logic behind it? cos LTA never replied me.
i see. i always drive pass at 80-90. but usually not on lane 1. drive safe yo!Originally posted by Vigelic:erm FYI that camera was NEVER reprogrammed.
the camera will only flash above 90kmh. my fren went thru there at 95 on the speedo no probs.
onli the signs were changed due to construction work in the vicinity. but the cameras are still programmed to a limit of 90 BOTH ways of the ecp.
Time to throw mud on your carplate liao.Originally posted by jumpmanz:drivers please take note when u travel across overhead bridge/flyovers.
the newest tactic by the men in white is that they stand at the other side of the bridge/flyover to shoot your butt. so you wont know whether u kena summon until u received the letter.
