Little India accident

Was in Little India yesterday.At the HDB carpark,I noticed a Toyota Wish driving out of its lot.A Kia Picanto was waiting outside the lot.The Wish driver horned at the Picanto driver 2 move forward.The just as the Wish was driving out,the driver turned too much and hit the Picanto.The Wish front wheel suddenly got up onto the Picanto's body and e Wish got up one side of the Picanto
Within mins a crowd had gathered
I think e Wish driver really stupid. -
