I have seen many guys living in Semi-D house owing some cheap cars, especially at CALDECOTT HILL lots of cheap cars although people living is still quite wealthy enough to buy atleast a porsh.Originally posted by alleggerita:My auntie's husband also an SIA pilot..somemore is Captain already..Captain of B777 fleet..how come they not SOOO rich? One look you know it's a china car. Copied so badly. The body looks like an X5, while the boot door seems to be lifted from the 7 series. And god the car is high. I won't be suprised if the car turns turtle.|Originally posted by ceecookie:Hey here's a little quiz - is this a real BMW X5?![]()
Probably because they know its a waste of money to own expensive cars in singapore... cars are a liability, not an asset...Originally posted by NoobBOY:I have seen many guys living in Semi-D house owing some cheap cars, especially at CALDECOTT HILL lots of cheap cars although people living is still quite wealthy enough to buy atleast a porsh.
I don't see any similarities between the boot of this china SUV and the boot of the 7-series..Originally posted by Ferrari_RoXz:One look you know it's a china car. Copied so badly. Seems that the boot splits open. Just like the Range Rover. Andthe door handles are not coloured. Yucks, ugly to the core!
Nope..I will name the most decent Proton as the Gen.2 or Satria Neo..Originally posted by FatPenguin:The Perdana. Probably the most decent of the whole Proton line-up.![]()

And it's an SUV..so very obviously it has a high ride height..nothing wrong with that..
It will probably slip when going up carpark ramp with it's wet after a rain..Originally posted by LH83:Nothing wrong with the high ride height.. but something wrong with those puny tires.. lol...

Ermm, just in case you don't know. Computers are so advanced these days that a plane can land itself. This system is called the ILS (Instrument Landing System). The only part where the pilot have to land manually is at the last 200ft (around that height + or -) which is usually the <10secs of the flight. which he has to disengage the Autopilot.Originally posted by alleggerita:I didn't know take-off and landing is computerized..hmm......![]()
