it has reportedly resulted in making roads less congested.
I wonder, can I sacrfice for them instead?
Can I be allowed to run a gantry ?
I will sacrifice and operate loyally, hardworkingly for the people. To help them better use the road and their car by simply deducting money from their purse as and when they happen to pass under my gantry?
Can this gantry business be outsourced or franchised?
