  I gonna grind away some wheel arch/edge..cos no $$ thus do myself.
  so when it happen, paint come out, metal expose...
  
  what must i use to cover back> then use primer? /. then paint back to ensure will not rust.

  Sand area till smooth, clean area free from oil grease or whatever, apply primer, apply paint, apply wax. That's what i see paint shop guys usually do
