problem over insurence

  hi ppl this is wat happen
  
  early this year around jan i got into an accident...and we agree to settle by insurence...police report have already been made and i have already pay the insurence company the acess
  
  but this morning a insurence guy came with a doctor to my house and say something about claim and i am not in singapore...so my sis jus tell him i will not be in singapore till next year...
  
  is there any chance that guy will come to ask for more claim??cannot be right cause even if he wants more claim he should go to the insurence company cause we already said settle by insurence liao wat

  u mean he wants to make another claim huh? i suggest u call tat person to find out wat he wants and inform ur insurance company accordingly.

  Your post is so vague.
  Firstly, is the insurance guy from your own insurance company or the other party's? Secondly, did you try to claim for injuries?
  
  My guess from your vague description is that the insurance company is trying to dispute your medical claim from the accident.

  Hmm.. if you have already paid the excess, that means the case should be settled mah. They will not collect from you before they finish their investigations.
  
  If you are unsure about what is happening, just give the insurance company a call to find out what they want.. don't forget, you are the customer of the insurance company!
