  Well, the car cannot travel at light speed thats one thing.
  
  Even if it did, there will be no way for it to generate light in my opinion cause even normal de-excitation of atoms will take time.
  
  And time, is crucial to catch up with light.
  
  Any light will not move relative to the car classically and realistiscally, if i am not mistaken, by Einstein's 2nd postulate, it will always be at a speed c.
  
  I am basing these on memories and minor references.
