Same analogy as in I sell you my services to write a software for you. Would I risk taking the money and not doing a proper job? It would be discovered sooner or later and my reputation will be gone forever.
Unless you go to some dubious workshops, then you probably have to beware. But of cos even in big companies there could be instances of not them not doing the job well but it would be either out of carelessness or a few particular black sheep workers. Nothing is perfect in this world.
i get your point.
But you missed my other point. I am also talking about the employees . Of course all bosses want their business to continue. But how do they guarantee their employee really do the servicing?
fyi, a new car less than 3 years whether you service it or not, what is the diff?
hope you get my point.
To summarise, I am talking about process. How do workshops assure customers that servicing was done properly when no customer knows how to check and they have no tools to check? How do you know your car wheels got rotated? can you answer me?
A servicing guy can just sign on the paper indicating he had rotated the wheels. Can he not? you tell the me.
