Buying 1991 Civic SI for RM5000.00

  I saw the picture in the local newspaper, it looks quite nice, the seller say the condition is good,aircond still ok..and the engine change in 1997..what do u guys think, is it a fair deal?

  i wonder how much tax u need to bring into Singapore, not to mention abt the whether it can pass LTA's inspection.
