997 Turbo is faster. It is more expensive than the GT3. But i think GT3 looks nicer than 997 turbo. More sporty look.Originally posted by nyox:i see, there are just too many variants of the same model that its confusing. specs wise the GT3 loses to the 997 turbo, however is it faster? considering it's a lightened chassis.

WTH u manage to walk just like that??? Did you make a appointment before you go? The last year i went they said need appointment before i can enter the showroom and i did it just outside the building. The person incharge told me no photography there to and how did you mange to take pics at there?Originally posted by honsq90:I guess so. I managed to walk in, didn't I?
But be careful though, the staff there don't really look that friendly compared to the saleslady at Lamborghini Showroom.
The showroom is at ChangiOriginally posted by honsq90:Anyone know which showroom has got a Pagani Zonda on display?
Well yea, I just walked in. Didn't even report to security guard haha! No appointments. I didn't really bother actually, if they asked me to go away, then I go away loh.Originally posted by NoobBOY:WTH u manage to walk just like that??? Did you make a appointment before you go? Automobil Manufactur (S) Pte. LtdOriginally posted by NoobBOY:The showroom is at Changi
You cant walk in just like that, i've asked the security guard there, appointment needed before u can go in. I had done that twice and i end up having to make friend with the person who show me around the place. This is one of the pic i took last time i went thereOriginally posted by honsq90:Automobil Manufactur (S) Pte. Ltd

I believe. Too far. Maybe once I can confirm my student visa is done, I'll pay a visit. Try my luck and walk in like what I've done with Lamborghini and Hong Seh Motors.

Do they ask for your annual income when making an appointment?Originally posted by NoobBOY:You cant walk in just like that, i've asked the security guard there, appointment needed before u can go in. From what i know,AM does not allow photos of their cars to be posted online.Originally posted by honsq90:Do they ask for your annual income when making an appointment?
Anyway, when you went in the last time, did you talk to the security guard immediately before entering or did you just walk in but the guard stopped you? Or you can't even enter unless you go through the guard?
[edit] Btw, nice pic. Are cameras allowed inside or did you secretly take with your handphone?
I think not worth the trip... One article said there were about 6 or 7 more Paganis coming to the roads? Because people are getting richer here.Originally posted by ceecookie:From what i know,AM does not allow photos of their cars to be posted online.
Seeing as only about 25 Zonda's are produced annually, that might be a long waitOriginally posted by honsq90:I think not worth the trip... One article said there were about 6 or 7 more Paganis coming to the roads? Because people are getting richer here.
I think I'll wait for that time to come.
Actually i went 3 times in total but my 1st time i did not manage to enter the building, the 1st time i went there i tried to go just like that but the guard does not allow me to enter and he said need to make appointment in advance so that they can arrange a date for me to go in. So for the second time i did make a appointment and manage to get in with a some sort of a tour guide to show me around. I manage to make friend with that person and i contact him directly for my 3rd visit instead of the usual phone in to the office.Originally posted by honsq90:Do they ask for your annual income when making an appointment?

If even Automobil Manufactur allows photography, then I simply don't understand Auto Sportique @ Ubi..can't even take pictures of their Nissan GT-R..Originally posted by NoobBOY:Actually i went 3 times in total but my 1st time i did not manage to enter the building, the 1st time i went there i tried to go just like that but the guard does not allow me to enter and he said need to make appointment in advance so that they can arrange a date for me to go in. The guard is unavoidable as that is the only way to enter. Cameras are allowed and you can take pictures in there
They must be thinking that the Nissan GT-R is so much more exotic than Paganis and McLarens.Originally posted by alleggerita:If even Automobil Manufactur allows photography, then I simply don't understand Auto Sportique @ Ubi..can't even take pictures of their Nissan GT-R..
I seriously think there's no problem with taking pics of their cars on display as long as it's not a secret model they are intending to launch secretly or what..![]()
Not forgetting the GT2..faster than the Turbo..Originally posted by nyox:personally i think Mercs and BMW are fine. They have a standard model and they just offer different engine sizes and a sports model. For example, BMW has the 520i, 523i, 525i, 530i, 545i and the mighty M5.
Whereas for Porsche, the 997 Carrera alone has so many variants. You have the 2 wheel drive, 4 wheel drive, S variant (which also comes in 2/4 wheel drive), turbo variant, lightened chassis variant (GT3) and lately the lighten-lightened variant (GT3 RS). Man, this is crazy![]()
