Exchange FTT dates

  Hi, i have a FTT (Final theory test Date)test date on 22nd feb 2008 and would like to exchabge for either earlier then 22nd feb or after 7th march prefereably earlier the better if ur date is after 7th march.
  
  I m from UBI CDC so i can only exchange with ppl from there. If u give me a time before 22nd feb i will top up some cash if u want exchange after 7th march and ur date is like before or on 20th march i will not mind changing with u free.

  i think its very hard as most forumer here are drivers already
