LHD cars are not allowed on S'pore roads. With the exception of Diplomatic (S****CD plate) or Research & Development (RD plate) vehicles. So you can forget about buying a LHD vehicle.
Its also more dangerous for people to drive 'wrong hand drive cars' as it is harder to see oncoming traffic. Research has also shown that for right handers (majority), it is safer to drive a RHD car than a LHD one. Reason being that the left hand is used to change gears while the dominant hand is used to control the steering (which is more important). It is harder to get used changing gear with a different hand as most of the time you will fund yourself hitting the door instead of changing gears.
