overall the Chery T11 is a pleasant car to drive
Well.. you do get what you pay for. But for that price of 54k, unless you die die want an SUV, got other notable alternatives bah.
Chery SUV???? It wont be that safe to drive. Get some thing else better, i rather go for a Proton instead of Chery
Ahh, the beauty of life. Trading off on the lesser of two sins. Another 'great' effort by the China automobile industry, to help 'reduce' the number of people driving on our congested roads. Shall we call it umm..., Darwin's theory of natural selection? I think we shall.
Good.., good.., great, buy la hor? We all drive China cars and together we all can buang and die due to sub-standard mass production, lack of safety counter-measures (i.e airbags, tensioned seatbelts & anti-lock braking systems). All and more cutbacks to help you afford a car when you actually can't. These automotive businesses are banking on YOUR ignorance & desperation.
Nevermind the Germans & the Japanese, who poured billions into R&D, for motor vehicular stability and passenger safety. What do they know right?
China cars are the wave of the future in Singapore motoring..., to help our governments create better relations between our nations. Fail safety test oso nevermind, sweep under the rug, close one eye. Bunch of retards.. Doesn't neccessarily mean when something can be done..., it should be done. Personally I'd prefer hopping a cab driven by one of our nation's many insane-taxi-driver community rather than even remotely considering purchasing one of those death-traps. I'll take my chances with our cabbies thank you very much...
Accidents do happen & they always will. What car would you like to be in if you are in one of those...?
Here's a shortlist of cars you could buy with at least some form of safety and reliabilty (in order of type)
1. Hyundai Getz/ Nissan March/ Honda Fit and/or Jazz [Hatchbacks]
2. Honda City/ Hyundai Avante/ Mazda 3/ Nissan Latio [Mid-sized Sedans]
3. Honda Stream/ Kia Carens/ Hyundai Tucson/ Daihatsu Terios [MPVs & SUVs]
You want quality you gotta pay for it, like said often here @ SGF, "You don't get durians if you pay for peanuts...."
Don't let your loved ones die or get seriously injured cause you're too impatient to save up or too stupid to realise that you're a cheapskate. Safety is always first. "When the buying stops the killing can too" - Jackie Chan
