  it depends on the time of the day u driving. depends on when the causeway and 2nd link and weekdays of weekends CBD area see when ppl and vehicles the most. balance between distance and time and on radio in your car look out heard out for news of jam and accidents and unexpected happens on the road. filter out from smaller roads and back to highway if need to. take smaller roads to destination if need to. A gps helps to so has function to set point A to B and the system can guide u along show stats.

  no exit from PIE (Changi) to Adam Rd towards Farrer Rd / Queensway.. Gotta exit at Eng Neo..
