say if u park your car in the hdb carpark without coupons and get summoned.
if u leave ur car dere for a long time without removing the white summon slip and the next shift of parking warden comes over, will u get a second summon?
i tested the system before.
put coupons but expired by 20mins i think, saw a $6 bucks slip. left and come back, the coupons had expired for a good 40 mins, the slip was changed to $10 bucks.
how they change 6 bucks to 10 bucks? add additional 4 buck slip ah?
oh... i thought can cheat the system by leaving it dere so can park for many many hours.. lol

i appealed such case before. saying tt i din noe i tio summon the 1st time. both are $30 summon. in the end, waiver for 1 summon

mine i think cannot appeal. mine is like an add on.
