hey guys just wanna confirm, could someone tell me in detail all the safety checks, mirror checks, signal, blindspot check procedure for parking.
please share. thanks

hmmm okay let see (parallel)
1) when in position check all mirrors and blindspot, when clear, singnal left and start reversing ( look thru rear windscreen)
2) when first poles disappear , full lock left and align vehicle to the last pole (45 degrees). when aligned turn back steering wheel and reverse ( safety check?)
3) after that continue reverse, (look to the back?)
4)when first pole reappear full lock right and align vehicle
5) when aligned turn steering to the straight and move forward to center vehicle(what if vehicle not aligned?)

1) yes correct. check blindspot on ur right before u do ur full lock.
2. yes, check right side blindspot jus in case.
3. both front and back.
4. okie
5. depends on tester..some are v strict..so need to b really aligned b4 they allow u to e next circuit item. got timing one..ask ur instructor..5 or 7 mins forgot liaoz..
when moving off, check blindspot again...

when you come out to park, no poles at all. all by your own judgement.

aiyah blindspot is just tilting your head to check before you change lanes or reverse right?
so going by that theory, you just needa check 1 time before you start your parallel park what..

you need to check blindspot when ever your vehicle gets out of position. make that a habit please.
And also, blindspot is not just tiliting ur head, you need to know where is your blindspot. Not just tiliting. like that might as well dont tilit. hahaha

i've stopped looking at blindspots after tp.. anyway most side mirrors nowadays comes equipped to check blindspots right?

Found an old post of mine when I was about to sit for TP. These were my notes for parallel parking.
- See the first pole from the rear, full lock to left...
- See second pole appear on right mirror, 2 rounds to the right...
- See first pole in the front, full lock to right...
- Make sure I don't hit the rear poles while reversing...
- Then 1st gear turn left to straighten the wheels...
- Reverse move back to center of parking lot...
- Neutral and hand brake.
- Raise both arms surrender to tester.
- Then 1st gear move to the front again...
- Reverse full lock to the left
- Signal right and 1st gear move out...
- Then pray. -
if you are a student from comfort driving, i am sure ur instructor will teach you how to use the red triangles on the back and front windscreen.

What I found really useful during my third attempt was, just pretend the car is my own.
Then you'll naturally check all the blindspots because hey, who wants their own car bruised and scratched right?

True, but I think as students you tend to rely on the formula.
Ultimately best to rely on your own judgement and go with the flow!
